He was a marine that had served 2 combat tours in iraq and was last working on the border when he was a guest. Military suicide is a real issue.
With what i've seen of him on 60 days in and all that i honestly believe if he did rape his wife/gf then he would have seriously wanted to get it off his chest before he committed suicide and would have in the note. We do know all too often women make fake accusations especially when there is a child involved.
